Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Vassia Labs, operated by Standard Bull LLC.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Returned with proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used personal care products, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@standardbull.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your preference and the circumstances of the return.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases from Vassia Labs and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@standardbull.com.

We process orders quickly. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it.
