Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Vassia Labs, operated by Standard Bull LLC.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

If you are located outside the United States, you may choose to use a US-based package forwarding service. If you use a freight forwarder or package forwarding address, your order will be considered delivered once it has been successfully delivered to that US forwarding address.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, customs fees, import duties, or delivery issues that occur after delivery to a forwarding service.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Handling Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same business day when possible.

Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control. Because naturally, even parcels have commitment issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information by email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus any shipping, handling, or return costs incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
