Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions, recurring deliveries, and subscribe-and-save purchases made from Vassia Labs, operated by Standard Bull LLC.
Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery product, you agree to be charged automatically at the frequency shown at checkout.
The subscription price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and any applicable discount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Automatic Billing
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically before each recurring order is processed.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.
Managing Your Subscription
You may be able to manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription management link.
Depending on the subscription settings available, you may be able to:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
- Change your delivery frequency
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next recurring order, cancellation should be completed before the next billing date. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, cancellation will apply to future subscription orders only.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return unless defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment or notify you to update your payment method.
If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription order may be delayed, paused, or cancelled.
Price or Product Changes
We may update subscription pricing, discounts, product availability, or delivery options from time to time.
Where required, we will provide notice before changes apply to future subscription charges.
